Fund Profile

•  Nexxus IV is a trust listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange by the principals of Nexxus Capital with total capital of US$210 million of capital commitments.  Main investors of Fund IV are Mexican pension funds and other Mexican institutional investors.

• Fund V is a private equity fund formed in 2011 and is wholly-managed by the principals of Nexxus Capital. Fund V has capital commitments of US$94.5 million to make equity investments in Mexican midsize companies.

• Nexxus IV and Nexxus V will co-invest  prorrata according to the total available capital of each fund. The aggregate available capital for both Nexxus IV and Nexxus V is US$315 million.
