Fund I was a US$76.5 million private equity fund formed in 1998 by the principals of the private equity firms Nexxus Capital in Mexico City and Zephyr Management in New York City to make US$3 to US$15 million equity or equity-related investments in Mexican midsize companies. Fund I was liquidated providing a gross internal rate of return or Net IRR of approximately 21.8%.
