Fund Profile

 Fund II is a US$119.5 million private equity fund formed in 2002 and is wholly-managed by the principals of Nexxus Capital. Its objective is to make US$10 to US$25 million equity or equity-related investments in Mexican midsize companies. As of December 31st, 2010, Fund II had called substantially all of its commitments to invest in six Mexican companies. Fund II has completely divested its interest in five of its six portfolio companies. Of the remaining portfolio company, during October it was listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange and will be fully divested during 2011-2012. As of December 31st, 2010, Fund II expects to return approximately 3.5 times the capital called with a Gross IRR of approximately 27%.
