Fund Profile

 Fund III is a private equity fund formed in 2007 and is wholly-managed by the principals of Nexxus Capital. Fund III has capital commitments of US$146.2 million to make equity investments in Mexican midsize companies. As of December 31st, 2010, the manager of Fund III had called and committed approximately 90% of its commitments. The remaining uncalled capital is expected to be used follow-on investments in the current portfolio companies of Fund III, management fees and fund expenses.
